Blankie Buddies!

This is just a little crossover of Penelope Hamham and Pichu, both wearing blankies, although Penelope always wears one, I just depicted Pichu wearing one for the cutesy factor, and chatting with one another. Also, I'll put some dialog below.

Penelope: 'Ookwee!' (Hello, I'm Penelope, what's your name?)
Pichu: 'Pichupi! Chu' (Hi, I'm Li'l Joybuzzer, how's things with you so far? Also, I'm wearing a blankie to sorta cosplay a blue ghost from Pac-Man. )
Penelope: 'Ookwee! Oookwee!' (I'm doing fine, and I always wear mine, I guess it can be referred to as a security blanket of sorts.)
